The next good practice event to be staged by the Greater Lincolnshire Public Service Compact is likely to be themed around 'Retention Strategies'. It was noted that we staged a successful event on Attraction Strategies in 2018 and now having (in theory) attracted people to the sector the next issue was how do we keep them. Inputs suggested included: (i) well being issues; (ii) career progression routes; (iii) benefits of working in public service and (iv) resilience strategies.
